★Private trekking tour around Kawaguchiko area★

I welcomed a very friendly couple from Hong Kong last time:)
A bit windy and cloudy day but we enjoyed seeing the cave which was created by lava and hiking with clear view of Mt.Fuji🗻

I also enjoyed talking with them a lot!
Having lunch together at Teishoku place after the tour was great memory for me:)
Thank you for joining my tour and hope to see you guys again👍

前回は香港からとてもフレンドリーなカップルをお迎えしました😀
少し風が強くて曇りな天気でしたが、溶岩が創り出した洞窟やくっきりと見える富士山の景色を楽しんでもらえました🗻

あと彼らとの会話はとても楽しかったです！
ツアー後も定食屋でランチをご一緒させてもらい、とてもいい思い出になりました！

We have the best option for you!
”Yoga & Trekking” collaborated with @nipa_yoga

This time we selected the route that has steep uphills where we need to use chains to climb safely and the high light of the route “Chigo-Otoshi”which is 150m vertical cliff.
We kept deep breathing and used sticks effectively so even though outdoor beginners could go through all the way without any problems:)
Breath deeply,walk slowly and don’t use only legs when you climb over big step differences.
You can enjoy mountain walking more if you keep those tips in your mind!

富士の麓で自然を感じながらヨガを楽しみませんか？
@nipa_yoga のアサコ姉さんとのコラボ企画のヨガトレッキングは自然も、ヨガも楽しみたい人にとてもオススメです！

今回のルートは急登、鎖場に150mの断崖絶壁と盛り沢山のコースでしたがストックを使い一歩ずつゆっくりと歩いていき、皆さま全く問題なく歩き通されました😃
呼吸を深くし、疲れてしまわないよう小さな歩幅で歩き、大きな段差を超える時も足の力だけで越えないようにすれば体力は温存出来ますし普段運動してないよという方でも登山は楽しめます。

参加前はついて行けるか不安で緊張していたと言うお客様が、下山時は1番生き生きされていて僕も嬉しくなりました。
今後もまだまだいい場所に皆様をお連れしますのでご参加お待ちしてます🙇

【参加費】
8,500円/1人
コーヒーか紅茶、またツアーに必要な装備が料金に含まれます。

Our climbing gym “Yoccha-boul”has been opened now:)
★open hour•••10:00-2200(No day off)

【Our Rules】
First,basically we’re an unmanned store so our guests can come and climb themselves freely but if anyone who has never used our gym need to make a reservation to use with DM on yoccha-boul account before coming and write a registration form.

Second,you don’t have to pay to use our gym basically😂It’s free!!but we still need some money to keep our gym so we adopted a donation system for it!
If you enjoy climbing a lot at our gym, please put some in the donation box on the counter🙇

We know it’s crazy but this is our basic idea.
We hope you’ll have a great time at our gym😉

【使用上のルール】
まず基本的に当ジムは無人営業です。
お客さんは好きな時に来て登って行って大丈夫です！
しかしながら当ジムを使った事が無い方はよっちゃボルアカウントのDMにて事前予約していただき、登録用紙にご記入をいただきます。

またなんと当ジムには決まった施設利用料が無く、基本タダです笑！
ですが施設維持費があるので、
めっちゃ楽しかったらそのお気持ち分のカンパをお願いします笑。でも基本は無料です！楽しいが先でお願いします🙇
おかしな話ですが、これが私達の基本的な考え方です。
カウンターに募金箱が置いてありますので、大いに楽しんで帰ってくださいね😉

こんな感じで始まったよっちゃボルですがオープンから多くの人に使用して頂いており本当に嬉しい限りです。

🍝Venison meat sauce pasta🍝

I think it’s the one of the best ways to cook venison:)

★Recipe

1.Chop onions carrots and garlic into small pieces.

2.Mince the venison in a blender

3.Add olive oil in a pot and fry the minced garlic until fragrant.

4.Add the chopped vegetables and venison to it and stir-fry.

5. When the meat changes color, add canned tomatoes, consommé, and bay leaves and simmer.

6.Adjust the taste with ketchup, salt and pepper. Adding grated cheese gives it a rich flavor if you like!

7. Once the liquid is gone, it's done!

自分的に鹿肉の一番美味しい食べ方のひとつです！

★レシピ★

1.野菜をみじん切りにする。(お好みの野菜で)今回は玉ねぎとにんじん。

2.鹿肉をブレンダーでミンチにする。

3.鍋にオリーブオイルを入れ、ニンニクのみじん切りを香りがでるまで炒める。

4.そこにみじん切りにした野菜、鹿肉を入れて炒める。

5.肉の色が変わったら、トマト缶、コンソメ、ローリエを入れて煮込む。

6.ケチャップや塩コショウで味を整える。粉チーズも入れるとコクがでて美味しい。

7.汁気がなくなったら完成！

We’re processing the construction of our bouldering gym “Yoccha-boul” which is planning to open around the end of March.

Ice climbing expedition❄️

Oren valley in Mt.Kaikomagatake is one of the Japanese iconic alpine routes.

Fortunately the condition of frozen waterfalls is perfect this season and what’s more we could have a perfect weather on the climbing day:)

We spent 14 hours for the first day and 17 hours for the second day and it made me exhausted but also satisfied a lot!!
It was truly a big adventure😎

アイスクライミングのバリエーションルートとしては日本を代表するルートである甲斐駒ヶ岳の黄蓮谷に行ってきました。

今年は氷の発達が良く最高のコンディションで、さらに登った当日の天気も最高でとてもラッキー！

1日目は14時間、2日目は17時間行動の長丁場でつかれはてましたが、とても満足のいくクライミングでした😃
まさに大冒険！！

We did dish up seriously this time😉
It looks great doesn’t it?
Cooked Teishoku style which is Japanese lunch set like rice,miso soup,salad and main dish “venison Tonkatsu”!!
No bad smell at all,the texture is tender and the taste is of course amazing🤤
How much would you pay for it🧐?

鹿のトンカツ定食🍙
鹿肉は全く臭みがなく、柔らかくてめっちゃ美味しかったです！
